Meet Me

I'm a certified, Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner and after discovering the magic of Reiki, Sound Healing, and Reflexology among many other things, I knew that I needed to help others. Fast forward to 2021 my Holistic & Wellness company, HappiShit, was born! These practices bring me so much joy and I am passionate about spreading that joy throughout the world....

One on One Reiki Session

Reiki is an energy realignment technique based on channeling energy to activate the natural healing processes of the body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

Reflexology Sessions

Reflexology is a system based massage used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and ears linked to every part of the body.

Sound Bowl Sessions

Sound Bowls utilize vibrations (vocal or instrumental-like gongs, singing bowls and tuning forks etc..) in order to relax the mind & body, also believed to activate the natural healing processes.
